Real Bulgarian Property have obtained the exclusive rights to represent the Oasis resort in the UK and Ireland

"Oasis" holiday resort is situated in the South-Eastern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, at a distance of 438 km from Sofia, 150 km from Istanbul and 60 km from Burgas in the Southern direction. The village is located in the region of the town of Tzarevo, and the holiday resorts Lozenetz, Kiten and Primorsko are situated in the immediate vecinity. The resort complex is built on the sea coast on a total area of 45 000 sq.m.

The architectural solution for the holiday resort, the total built-up area of which is 10 912 sq.m., consists of modern buildings in the typical Mediterranean style. The territory of “Oasis” holiday resort is divided into 5 residential areas, each of which in comformity with the natural conditions. The project solution provides for public use zones, which are connected with and at the same time far enough from the one-family residential buildings, whereby a residential and a public zone are formed in the resort. The residential buildings have the most favorable orientation facing the sea and the mountain slopes. The total built-up area in the resort is 26 796 sq.m., distributed into 700 apartments of 50 to 180 sq.m. (of one, two and three rooms).

“Oasis” holiday resort is serviced by an internal administration, which manages the owners’ apartments. A set of regulations, adopted by all owners, ensures the quiet atmosphere and security in the resort. A number of public buildings have been constructed for the purpose of providing all necessary services for the permanent and temporary stay of tourists in the resort: a hotel complex, an administrative building, a public utility center, a tavern, a restaurant, shops, a tennis club, a yacht club with a yacht port, a beach bar, etc.
